    (The Russian family of drinks can also be interchanged with other cordials such as fruit or chocolate liquors)

Toast Martini.

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 2.5 oz Toast Vodka

  • .5 oz dry vermouth

  • Stir all ingredients into chilled coupe glass

  • Garnish with lemon twist


Intermediate Cocktails

The Manhattan

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 2-3 dashes aromatic bitters

Bees Knees

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon

  • 1 oz honey syrup

  • Shake and strain all ingredients into chilled coupe glass

  • Garnish with lemon zest

    ( could add a light fruit purée element like peach, apricot, or melon)

Sky Juice

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • .75 oz condensed milk

  • 4-5 oz coconut water

  • Shake and strain over crushed ice in Collins glass

  • Garnish with fresh pineapple or mango

Passion Punch

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1.5 oz 100% passion fruit juice or purée

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • Shake and strain into rocks glass

  • Garnish with lemon zest

A Hot Mess

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • .75 oz passion fruit

  • 1 oz jalapeño simple syrup

  • Shake and strain all ingredients into chilled coupe

  • Garnish with thin slice of jalapeño

Toast Paloma

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • .75 oz lime juice

  • .5 oz simple syrup

  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • Shake and strain all ingredients into Collins glass

  • Top with 1-2 oz grapefruit soda & garnish with grapefruit zest

Dream it

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz ginger simple

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in Collins glass

  • Garnish with pineapple leaf and candied ginger

    (This syrup can be substituted with cinnamon, citrus or cherry flavored for different twists)

Bubbly Berry

It all begins with a bottle of Toast;

  • 1.5 oz Toast Vodka

  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • .5 oz berry syrup

  • Shake and strain in champagne flute with sparkling wine

  • Garnish with berry used in syrup and lemon twist

Basil Drop

It all begins with a bottle of Toast.

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • 3-4 basil leaves

  • Shake and strain into chilled coupe glass

  • Garnish with spanked basil leaf


Advanced Cocktails

Melon Punch

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1oz simple sugar

  • 1 oz watermelon juice

  • Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in rocks glass

  • Garnish with thin watermelon slice

  • Add few leafs of desired herb and shake with mix

  • Add 1 spanked leaf to garnish

Lemon Ginger

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz ginger simple

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in Collins glass

  • Garnish with pineapple leaf and candied ginger

  • This syrup can be substituted with cinnamon, citrus or cherry flavored for different twists

LemonGrass Piña

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon

  • .75 oz lemongrass simple

  • .75 oz pineapple

  • 3-5 parsley leaves

  • Shake and strain all ingredients into rocks glass over large cube

  • Garnish with lemongrass straw and spanked parsley leaf

The Fever

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • .75 lemon juice

  • .75 oz jalapeño simple

  • .75 oz pear purée

  • .75 oz lychee purée

  • Shake and strain all ingredients intov chilled coupe

  • Top with 1-2 oz sparkling wine or Prosecco

  • Garnish with thin jalapeño slice

Toast Smash

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz berry simple

  • Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in rocks glass

  • Garnish with desired berry and lemon zest


    (You can add an aromatic or herb into the syrup like ginger, chili, basil, rosemary, or tarragon. If so then add that ingredient to the garnish)

Cherrylimade

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1 oz cherry syrup

  • Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in Collins glass

  • Top with 2-3 oz soda water

  • Garnish with lime wheel and a halved cherry


    (You can add an aromatic or herb into the syrup like ginger, chili, basil, rosemary, or tarragon. If so then add that ingredient to the garnish)

The Poolside

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz strawberry syrup

  • 1 oz pressed cucumber

  • Shake and strain all ingredients into Collins glass

  • Top with 1 oz prosecco or soda water
    Garnish with thin cucumber and strawberry slice

Ginger Apple Mule

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • .75 oz light cassia syrup

  • 1 oz pressed Fuji apple

  • Shake and strain all ingredients in rocks glass.

  • Top with 2 oz ginger beer

  • Garnish with apple slice and grated cinnamon

Grape Crush

  • 2 oz Toast Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 1 oz pressed white grape juice or muddle 3-5 white grapes

  • .5 oz st Germaine

  • Shake and strain all ingredients into Collins glass over crushed ice

  • Garnish with two red grape halves
